My name is Jon Ruel. I play football and basketball as a sophomore for Leland High School. Besides football and playing street basketball on a daily basis, I don’t really work out. For the four weeks I’ve been working with Five Star personal training my athletic abilities have increased drastically. Not only have I noticed the difference when playing sports my squat has increased from a one rep max of 205 to a four-rep max of 275. My broad jump has increased 6 inches, my vertical jump has increased 3 inches (I can now touch the rim!!), and my bench press went from a 1-rep max of 185 to a 1-rep max of 190. Although I only gained one pound (160-161 at 5’11), I know I have lost fat and gained muscle (My abdominal measurements went down an inch). Despite five Stars efforts with my lack of motivation I achieved all of this without completing any of the homework or following the diet.
